Update on Eviction of diabectic dad and severely disabled daughter

Having gone along on 13th July to be part of the human barrier preventing access for the baliff’s, I found myself at Croydon Crown Court with Paul putting in applications to put a temporary hold on the possession order, and to apply for a hearing date to allow what has been denied so far – a fair hearing which takes into account all the personal circumstances relating to this issue and the mis-managment by Liberata who run Bromley’s Council Tax department, the Court agreed to my applications and now Paul has got experienced housing Counsel to represent him at his hearing on 7th August.
